Simon brings 30 years of investment and wealth management experience across Canada, Bermuda, the United States and the United Kingdom. He works alongside Mark and Jamie on investment strategy and the development of the team's investment offerings. Most recently, he was Chief Investment Officer of Argus Group, a Bermuda-headquartered insurance and pensions group, where he oversaw more than US$2 billion across private wealth, pensions and general account assets. Before that, he served in a single family office for a prominent investment manager and spent over a decade with HSBC in private banking and institutional asset management. Simon is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a Trust and Estate Practitioner, and he holds the Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in the UK. He graduated from Kingston University with an Honours degree in Accounting and Law. Simon lives in Oakville with his wife Freya. They have two young adult children and enjoy skiing and staying active together. Simon is also a Formula 1 fan, a Bridge Life Master and a long-suffering Tottenham Hotspur Football Club supporter.
